Rev. Vickie Arends, SRPC, PRPC
I was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas. I attended Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas where I studied Latin and Greek.
After raising my four(4) children; I went to work in the medical field. I have worked in the medical field for fifteen (15) years and have a good knowledge of medications. If a person can be helped with more natural remedies, I prefer to try those first.
I was a licensed Reflexologist in Williston, North Dakota for three (3) years where we lived for almost five (5) years. I like to use essential oils when I feel they will help as well.
I love all animals especially horses and I can see a real benefit to some people through Equine Therapy, although I realize this isn't for everyone. We use Gestalt Techniques, Talk Therapy and EFT.
I was ordained along with my husband Philip, in 2012 by Pastor Billy Coffman and am a member of Christian Centers International.
I grew up in a house with a father who had PTSD so, I am aware of how difficult it is to live in that situation as well as the person who has to live with PTSD. I also was married to a man who was a Sexual Addict and know the damage that can do to a partner. I like to see addicts healed of that pain so they can be all that God meant for them to be and be free of that bondage. I also, want to see partners be healed of the trauma and pain that comes with living with an addicted person.
